Get clear on who you are in the room, what this talk is really here to do, why it matters now and what you want people to leave with.
2. Bring the audience into it
Design how the people in the room experience the talk, not just what they hear. You’ll create purposeful, inclusive participation that belongs in the piece rather than feeling bolted on.
3. Put it on its feet
Test, rehearse and refine the live experience, including the close, so the right people have a reason to remember you and continue the conversation afterwards.
